Nostalgia

Friends  --

On another forum of blog, some folks took exception to something I wrote a year or so ago.

Today's Courier had a column by Professor John Gottcent about the old days.  It was actually put online on November 23, but was not in the print edition until today.

It would appear that Ole Toad Sutton was not the only merchant who carefully wrapped in butcher paper feminine items such as Kotex, condominiums, and the like.

Sincerely,

Mary Harkins

Aunt Granny --

Do you agree with me that we should all refuse to purchase feminine hygiene items unless they are wrapped in butcher paper?

Sincerely,

I have openly bought those items. The OB"s are great for survival kits.  They are awesome on nasty gashes.
